Ready-to-wear items can be returned within the standard return window shown on your order page. Items must have original tags and security ribbons intact and must be unused and unwashed.
3. Bespoke Bridal Exclusions
Custom-made bridal lehengas and tailored made-to-measure outfits are crafted specifically to your personal measurements and cannot be returned. Complimentary fit alterations are provided by our team upon request.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Log in to your account on our e-commerce store and raise a return request from your orders page. Our team will arrange a pickup from your address in AP or Telangana within 2 business days.
